Refund policy

We offer 30 Day returns and exchanges on all unused products.

You will be responsible for returning the product/s back to us complete with all original packaging intact and any accessories.

If you would like to return or exchange a product please contact us to begin the process.  Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to some specialty products.

 

Faulty Products

All ISH24 branded products have a 12 month warranty under normal use conditions, this excludes general wear and tear.

Please call ISH24 on 1300 001 201 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty.  Depending on the nature of the issue, ISH24 will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
